The BMO Center Box Office is your connection to world-class entertainment. The Box Office offers ticket purchasing through three convenient channels below.
If you purchase tickets from a non-authorized person or outlet, you risk purchasing a lost, stolen or fake ticket that is not valid for admittance, regardless of the event. Only valid tickets purchased through the box office or through Ticketmaster will scan to authorize entry for an event. Lost or stolen tickets may be deactivated and thus will not be valid for entry. Anyone who purchases tickets from a third-party site, "scalper" or ticket broker does so at their own risk and in most cases is paying a premium.

Hockey Games:
BMO Center Box Office will open at 4PM for ALL Saturday games for the '25-'26 IceHogs Season and stay open through the start of the game.
Event Days:
BMO Center Box Office opens at 4PM on the weekends and will remain open for concerts until Headliner goes on stage.

When placing an order online, Ticketmaster will show you your exact seat location: section, row and seat. All seats are pulled from best available seating the moment your order is sent. Please note the seats offered to you are held for a total of six minutes. During this time frame, you may view the seating chart and fill in your payment information. If your order is not submitted within the six minutes, your seats will be released.
Please note: There will be an additional service charge for online orders and all sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds once the order has been placed. Refunds are available if your event is postponed, rescheduled or canceled.*
